Olympic Summer Fete

The 2012 OHSA Olympic Summer Fete has been inspired by the 2012 Olympic Games and will feature many activities and attractions specifically linked to the Games. These are to include:

  • Mini Opening Ceremony, including Torch made by year 6 pupils
  • Flag making
  • Sporting activities (including goal kicking, slow cycle racing, Olympic ring hoopla and Mini Games activities) competitions (including 5-side football competition) and demonstrations (including a fencing display from the school fencing club, gymnastics and the Elite Dance Troup)
  • Olympic themed Fancy Dress
  • Grand Prize Draw
  • Find Wenlock and Mandeville
  • BBQ & Refreshments
  • Crafts
  • Bouncy Castle/Slide
  • and much, much, more

 

This event has been supported with a grant from Essex County Council as part of the "Celebrate Your Fete" initiative for 2012 Games inspired events.
